i got my monthly stat from Postcrossing in the mail today and a card finally arrived in Germany today! It took 115 days and now I don’t hand write the addres on each postcards.

Day off, hot walk with Lucy the dog
Another day off, I went to Deer Park for a hot walk through the forest/woods path and was glad there were not many dogs enjoying the heat. It’s a great Park for kids in the recreational leagues: soccer, lacrosse and even a baseball diamond with lights for evening games. The Carroll County Library updates the little Story Stroll signs with summer books to entice young readers and their families to visit the air conditioned building.
More work on this blog thing later! I’ve come to love micro blogging on my two Friends a accounts, my one Diaspora account and the handful of Mastodon, Calckey/Misskey accounts. I love the Fediverse is what the takeaway here is.
